Our policy
We want you to love your saree. You may request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Conditions for return or exchange
- The saree must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@sureka-handloom.in with your order details.
- Made-to-order pieces and items with custom fall/pico or blouse stitching are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except where defective.
Defective or wrong items
In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, if you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, we will replace it or refund you. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within a reasonable period as per applicable RBI / payment-provider timelines. Shipping charges (if any) for approved returns of defective or wrong items are borne by us.
